Data Controller
Under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Netkur in its capacity as data controller. Netkur is an enterprise solutions provider delivering DocuSign products (eSignature, CLM) across Türkiye as the authorised partner.

Personal Data Processed and Purposes
Personal data collected is limited to: full name, contact information (email, phone), company information, the content of the request, and user activity records.
This data is processed in order to respond to demo and quotation requests, execute contract processes, provide information on products and services, fulfil statutory obligations, and deliver the requested products as the authorised partner.
Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to authorised business partners in Türkiye where required to deliver the service, to DocuSign Inc. (abroad), and to competent public authorities where there is a legal obligation.
Any transfer abroad is carried out within the safeguards permitted by Article 9 of the KVKK, and the scope of the transfer is limited to what the relevant legislation allows.
Data Subject Rights and Contact
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, the data subject has the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, to request information about any such processing, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to learn the third parties (domestic or abroad) to whom the data has been transferred, to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and to request the deletion or destruction of such data.
